Shipping Policy
At Yiran Sportslife, we handle shipping logistics behind the scenes so you can focus on your active routine. Our goal is to deliver your gear in a reliable and transparent way.
Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order from our fulfillment center within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays).
Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier routes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and customs procedures – these are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and display the first tracking update. You can check your order status at any time using our Order Tracking Hub.
Address Accuracy & Shipping Issues
- Double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before your order is handed to the carrier, but we cannot make changes after dispatch.
- Delays or damage during transit – If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, email us at yiransportslife@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control (force majeure).
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Customs clearance can also cause additional delays – we have no control over this process.
