Shipping & Delivery
At Yiran Sportslife, we want you to receive your gear quickly and reliably. Our global fulfillment system handles international logistics so you can focus on your training.
Processing Time & Carriers
Once your payment is confirmed, we process and ship your order within 24–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship worldwide using premium carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees, due to customs and carrier schedules.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
You can also check your order status at any time on our Order Tracking Hub.
Address Accuracy & Customs
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at yiransportslife@gmail.com. We may be able to correct the address before your order is handed to the carrier, but we cannot make changes after shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
