Returns & Resolutions

At Yiran Sportslife, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right with minimal disruption to your training.


30-Day Returns & Condition Requirements

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that promotional clearance items, limited‑edition bundles, and customized gear are not eligible for return. We recommend checking product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, don't wait – contact us immediately. To start a dispute review, send your order number and clear photos of the issue to yiransportslife@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are evaluated case by case based on the reason for return. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within standard processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
